Temple Isaiah's Annual Golf Tournament Benefit

JCN_IsaiahGolfAd.jpg

The Steve Platt Memorial Golf & Games Day was established in 2001 in memory of a man who worked tirelessly and passionately for Temple Isaiah, the desert’s first synagogue. Steve was a man with a true vision for Jewish continuity at Temple Isaiah.

Preserve and Assure the Legacy

Proceeds from this year’s event - Temple Isaiah’s most important annual fundraiser - will support the synagogue’s annual operations and preserve our legacy for future generations.

Temple Isaiah of Palm Springs is a welcoming and inclusive congregation, embracing Judaism that is relevant for today while remaining committed to Jewish traditions, values, and ethics. Temple Isaiah and its Jewish Community Center were founded in the late 1940s. With the help of Frank Sinatra and generous members and community leaders, the synagogue was expanded in the late 1980's to meet the needs of the increasing Jewish population. It continues today as a vibrant spiritual and cultural home for all Jews in the Palm Springs and desert communities.

Participate in this fun-filled day; help to honor the past and to secure our future!

This year, we are offering golf, tennis, cards, or mah jonng! Golf is played in foursomes, tennis in doubles, and cards and mah jongg also in foursomes. Those not interested in playing cards, mah jongg, tennis or golf may purchase tickets to the luncheon and awards ceremony plus participate in a superb silent auction.
